PIRATES PROGRAM
Piratesprogram was created at a small crossfit box in Paris by Pierre Macon. The challenge was to offer an accessible and structured weekly training template that could benefit a group of friends with varied fitness levels and aspirations.
Today we help athletes from Belgium, France, the Netherlands and Germany maximize their weekly training and have a lot of fun doing it!
TRAINING CAMP
Simply because training is way more fun when done together, we organise training camps in various locations to meet and learn from each other.
CLINICS
Wanting to test our fitness together, but don’t always have as much time as during a training camp, we regularly organise 1 or 2 day clinics to share and train through some tough workouts with each other.

Classic aerobic and anaerobic exercises to improve your work capacity. Ergometers, running & low skill movements.
Strength
Strength
Weightlifting and Powerlifting are the foundations of an athlete’s well rounded general physical preparation. You are going to experience and train through different cycles over the course of the year, in order to lift and cycle heavier barbells and/or objects during the workouts.
Gymnastic

Improving both your movement capacity and skills, this will create the basis of becoming more efficient during the workouts.

THE test of fitness.
You will be exposed to a larger variety of metcons, more than you can imagine, over the course of the year. This will also ensure that you get to know yourself as much as possible, no matter what obstacle you face.
