For the best experience and to ensure you can complete the stimulus as intended, it is recommended to train at a fully equipped gym, CrossFit box or Home gym. Required Material weekly : Erg, Barbell & Bumpers, Dumbbells, Pull-up bar, Rings & Medballs.

This program is designed for you to get in and out of the gym within 55min!
