Dedicated Athlete
Pierre Macon is a passionate French CrossFit athlete and Coach, with more than a decade of experience in the sport. As the founder of PiratesProgram & owner of CrossFit Heart of Pirates with his wife Mélodie, he has been dedicated since 2016 to elevate his athletes performances. Before discovering CrossFit, Pierre honed his discipline through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, which laid the foundation for his strong commitment to fitness and constant learning. His love for CrossFit has propelled him to compete in several top european Elite competitions.

Do I need specific equipment to follow the programming?
For the best experience and to ensure you can complete the stimulus as intended, it is recommended to train at a fully equipped gym, CrossFit box or Home gym.
Required Material weekly : Erg, Barbell & Bumpers, Dumbbells, Pull-up bar, Rings & Medballs.
How many training sessions are included per week?
Depending on the program you choose. We offer from 5 to 11 sessions per week. Each program is designed to fit different training goals and life/schedules.
Are there scaling options for different levels?
Yes, each workout includes scaling options or percentages so everyone get the required stimulus.
Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, you’ll find variations that match your fitness level.
How long are the training sessions typically?
Depending on the program you choose. Our programs feature shorter, 55-minute up to 90-minute sessions.
Can I cancel anytime ?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. However, please note that a one-month notice period is required before cancellation takes effect. To cancel, please send an email to pierre@piratesprogram.com.
