Program Essentials

Unique training program designed FOR YOU by your coach, working towards YOUR OWN specific goals.

Our weekly exchanges about your training feedbacks will allow us to adjust weeks to weeks your training protocols/cycles, to offer a tailor made training program that fits : your goals, your lifestyle (weekly schedule, recovery issues, external sources of stress etc…), your level of fitness, and your equipment.

We also provides a mental support when in doubt and an honest external point of view regarding your progress.

Your weekly training will be tailored to your available equipment and customized to fit your schedule, with no fixed standard for frequency or session length.

You can cancel at any time. However, please note that a one-month notice period is required before cancellation takes effect. To cancel, please notify your coach via the Fitr App.
